French Toast Caramelized Banana is one of a kind! You must experience it if your in San Francisco ( Wharf's) area.
Came here for a quick breakfast, and enjoyed our experience. Was staying at a hotel nearby and found this place while walking around the area and noticed that there was a line here every morning so I had to stop by. When we showed up there were two or three groups before us on a Friday morning, but we were seated within 20 minutes max. When you arrive, just make sure you write your name down on the piece of paper before getting in line!
To drink we got a Matcha latte and a mocha, the latter of which was definitely better. The matcha wasn't bad. It was just pre-mix in style Matcha that wasn't my favorite level of flavor. We then shared the avocado toast, three ways, as well as the berry waffle. The waffle was definitely the stand out here, it was super flavorful and delicious. The avocado toast, with tomato was probably my favorite of the three. All of them were pretty good. I would just say that the avocado needs a little bit of salt an acid to you bring out the full flavor, but I acknowledge that they probably don't add too much of either to keep it relatively neutral for the average persons pallet. Service was quick, and nice.
Enjoyed the spot for a quick, an affordable breakfast. If you have a large group of people be prepared to potentially wait for a while but if you're a group of two or four, you'll probably have an easier time getting seated quickly!
It's a must. FABULOUS!! Staff was so dang friendly. Servings are pretty big. We got there at 8:30am and within 20 minutes there was a line.
Wish I could leave 10 stars! We got the lox bagel, avocado toast 3 ways and the chia seed pudding. Excellent! Even the coffee was stellar! Fast service, friendly staff. Highly recommend!
If you are staying in the Fishermans wharf area, this place is an absolute must for breakfast. It's small so you may have to wait a little bit, but they are very efficient and the food is amazing.
this was one of the best breakfast places i've been to. it's not expensive for the amount of food you get & the customer service is top notch. maybe i'm a bad judge because i love all food places ive tried in sf but i will say, if you want a simple but flavorful, delicious breakfast, come here! and the waffles are the best!
Food and service was great. Went twice for breakfast during our trip. Waffles were fantastic along with the bagels. Outside seating was nice too.
My wife and I enjoyed breakfast here so much that we went back the next day. Service was excellent and the food was awesome. I had the Belgian waffle and the French toast with blueberry compote. My wife had a crepe.
